Gary Bain I was so surprised by the depth of flavor in this product. I'm used to the very mayonnaise heavy, chunky stuff.
This is so delicious and has, not only the beautiful blue cheese flavor, but so many other layers of flavor.
It's great on a salad, but I'm thinking also as an addition to steaks & burgers. I'll be using it often!
